[Closed] Viki Kicks me out
Hi,
I don't know why, but Viki kicks me out... I was doing subtitles and then my subs didn't record, so I refreshed the page and then I was log out... and I can't log in... I tried many times, but there's always this message:
The username/email address or password you entered did not match our records. Please double-check and try again.
It's not the first time either... I'm on firefox and windows 10. And then for no reason it's OK.
Am I the only one? Can someone help me?

I've alerted the engineers and they will be investigating into this. If more details are needed, I'll be emailing you separately.
Also, to check that this isn't an issue with Firefox, could you try other web browsers (ex. Chrome, Edge, Opera) to see if you're experiencing the same thing on them?

I don't know why or when it happen so it's a bit difficult to try on other browsers. But right now I'm on chrome and it's correct. Also yesterday I was once again log out after I posted my message.

Actually this happened to me yesterday, twice. I'm on Opera with Windows 2007. But for me it was a bit different. After being kicked out, I was able to login normally.
I didn't give much thought to it or reported it because it's certainly not the first time it happens.
UPDATE.
Today it happened again. I had three tabs open: a drama I was watching, my inbox and Subtitle Editor. I dragged myself away from the drama to go and edit some subs. Then I saw this:
Just in case, I went back to the drama page I was in before. I refreshed, and it showed me logged in normally.
After that "tour" of my first two tabs, i went back to the third tab, Subtitle Editor. I refreshed, and the warning window was magically gone.
Irmar, I sometimes work with multiple tabs of viki but also google docs when I add new members and or have to take pictures of steps, so having multiple viki tabs open it is easier than doing all these steps with only one tab going back and forth. I haven't had the logout yet, but today my post on bugs and issue is pending, what's happening, is viki selecting some specific words?? The other day the pending was in disqus. I'm not saying anything bad, it's so weird....
PS another pending approval, it makes me feel as if I'm blacklisted or what ;(
Update: while in Editor I opened a 2nd Viki window and it logged me off, so I had to login normally, weirdly Editor is still logged in....

Today I was watching an episode and when I went to the next one, I was log out... And I couldn't log in. I tried to log in on Firefox, opera and chrome and that didn't work.
Edit : It was the drama High Society, I'm from America, so I have the Vikipass Plus. I tried many times for each web browser. I have windows 10.
@yorunome always give more info, what episode, perhaps country and what device, some K ocova content lets you watch the next episode after 2/3 weeks later... try also to delete cache and try login again.
