[Solved] Microsoft Edge

Hello, I have trouble with login via Microsoft Edge, logging in via Facebook or Google doesn't work. I tried to delete cookies, I tried to delete Viki from my Facebook and add it again, but after logging in the pop up window with facebook goes blank and nothing else is happening... Do you know what to do? :)

    Update 08/02/18:

    The engineer has fixed the issue and you can now login with Facebook on Edge :)

    Hey lenkaholajova,

    We've just found the issue and the engineer is working on resolving it.

    Will update once the issue is fixed. In the mean time, do login from other web browsers or try logging in with your email/username and password.

    Let them know your browser number, is it Windows 10? and post screenshots. Do you get the Captcha squares or not?

    Have you tried with another browser? I believe the office is closed on weekends....

    It's Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0 (Windows 10 Home; 1703; 15063.850). It works in Firefox. It looks like trouble with logging in via Google was solved with cookies deletion, but I still can't use my account via Edge, because another account was created accidentally. This is all what happens when I'm trying to log in via facebook.

    Doesn't look good, Im sure Kristie will be able to help you, you just have to wait till Monday. I use Opera browser.

    Well, it had worked one month ago, but there had been one little difference - this window was gone after four seconds and I was logged in. After they delete that other account (I made a request to delete it), I will connect this account with Google and log in via Google. And for now I can use Firefox, that's not a problem :).

    At least you can login with Firefox until they fix it for you. Remember most staff is on Calif. time ca. 9 hrs delay from where you are I assume CZ. - Ne, ziju v Americe uz dlouho, ucila jsem se za mala :)
