[Closed] Error code VF_ROK_-2
We keep getting this error while trying to watch viki on our roku we have deleted the app, tested the connection we have tried everything and it keep popping up sometimes the series wont load and it will just go black screen while watching a series we end up having to keep going back and forth during the episodes even the subtitles sometimes disappear. Only started out happening recently we had viki for awhile and havent had any issues on our android and ios devices just on the roku. It worked fine a couple of months and recently started doing it i dont know why please we need a fix for this error.
