[Closed] Cannot Download Viki on Fire TV Stick 4k
My Fire TV Stick 4k has the latest OS version of 6.7.0.2 yet I am still unable to download Viki from the App Store. It just says “unavailable” and gives me tab to check compatible devices. I’m so confused because everything I’ve read says you can only download Viki on Fire TV if OS version is 6.0 or later, yet I clearly cannot. I’m now officially confused.

Our team is continuously working on expanding our compatibility to reach as many users as possible, but currently, we support Amazon Fire TV with Fire OS 7.0 and above.
We'd like to suggest that you take a look at our Supported Devices and apps page for more up-to-date information about all our Viki apps, including our Connected TV devices.
