[Solved] Error code 30 message pops up for many shows
Many Viki plus shows won’t cast since yesterday afternoon. Error code 30 message pops up. Able to watch shows on MacBook, iPad and iPhone but frustrating not being able to watch on YtV. When can we expect this problem to be fixed? Thanks.

This issue should be fixed now. You may go ahead to cast your shows again.

Same here! How long are you gonna take to fix this problem? Im waiting since forever. The most annoying part is that ive payed for the viki pass plus for one year and the next day started with this problem. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Glad another subscriber posted a comment about the same issue! I have received emails from Viki support but am still waiting for the problem to be solved. I also just upgraded to Viki plus and hope this problem gets fixed especially since this is a problem on the Viki end because some shows can cast, while others can’t. Thanks, please, it’s been a while, fix this.

Same issue here. Viki plus member who can’t cast Viki plus shows and it’s been happening for at least 3 days.
I have been experiencing the same issue for the past few days now. Some shows are able to cast, others show the Error Code 30 (ie shows like 2 Days 1 Night 4).
I just signed up for Plus and it’s not even working for us. Don’t think we should be paying the monthly subscription if we can’t even watch...
