Please try to uninstall or remove the Viki app on your iOS device, please follow the steps found here.
Once done, you may try either of the two ways to download latest Viki App version.
Direct Link
Click here to download the Viki app directly from the iTunes App Store.
Or you may try manual Search on the iTunes App Store
Launch the App Store.
Tap Search on the bottom-right corner
Tap the Search bar and type in 'Viki'
Once you see the Viki App, to download, tap on 'Get' or 'Update'
Enter your password or Touch/Face ID. You will be prompted for your password whether or not the app is free.
Wait for your app to download. This may take some time. An icon should appear.
If the above ways did not work, please let me know and include a screenshot or screencast showing the error.

please help me I renewed my subscription for another year in march of this year however as of April 21st, I am unable to access the app. I have a smart TV and an HD TV and do not know how to update the app.
please help as I have enjoyed watching Korean dramas and movies. I do not want to cancelled my subscription.

If you forget your password for Viki account, follow steps here.

There was a Kocowa playback issue earlier that is now fixed, so you may return to Viki and continue watching :)
