  Thank you for writing in! We're sorry you're having issues subscribing to Viki Pass.
  
  It seems that there’s an issue with your card. A charge can be declined by the credit card's issuing bank at any time and can happen for a variety of reasons. For more information, please read this article first. 
  
  If you're still having issues, we suggest doing the following:

  • Contact your bank to check if the card is valid for this international purchase and has sufficient funds
  • Try to use another card 
  • Subscribe via your iOS/Android Viki app instead. See the 'Subscribing on Mobile' section here for detailed instructions.

  Please send a link to change my debit card info!  The site is too much for me and after 30 minutes of searching I still have not found a platform or link.
