Correct your card info or try with another card

I want to start my viki standard subscription but it repeatedly shows correct this card info or try adding different card. It's so irritating!! I've checked the information multiple times but still I can't subscribe!! Help fast please

    Thank you for writing in! We're sorry you're having issues subscribing to Viki Pass.

    It seems that there’s an issue with your card. A charge can be declined by the credit card's issuing bank at any time and can happen for a variety of reasons. For more information, please read this article first. 

    If you're still having issues, we suggest doing the following:

    • Contact your bank to check if the card is valid for this international purchase and has sufficient funds
    • Try to use another card 
    • Subscribe via your iOS/Android Viki app instead. See the 'Subscribing on Mobile' section here for detailed instructions.

  • Please send a link to change my debit card info!  The site is too much for me and after 30 minutes of searching I still have not found a platform or link.  

     

    Love you but your information site takes a genius!
