Video Error

I started to get an error that says my browser can not load or something... I did notice that Viki could not load it's website. I have no problem loading the website. 
My problem is that I can not watch the video. I can watch it for a few minutes then the error with black screen pops up. Please help me fix this...

    I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the website video player.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Restart your home internet network. For more details - Helpful steps to troubleshoot video issues
    2. Log out from your account
    3. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. - How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    4. Close the browser and restart it again.
    5. Log back into your Viki account
    6. Try again from another browser

    Are you still experiencing these issues with the video player? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • Browser version and operating system. Click here to see all related information.
    • Does this issue occur on your other browser type?
    • Are you able to watch videos from other websites?
    • What is the error message shown?
    • A screenshot of the error page you see.
