[Closed] Error from the beginning by playing an episode

Hello, dear support team,

Since yesterday I getting problems by watching different shows/episode from the beginning (with Rakuten app on my Android tablet). Everytime by starting with the intro from Rakuten Viki, then the screen freeze while the voice is still on going.

Every time I have to clear the cache in memory to continue watching the show.

Could you please be so kind and help me?
